Wow! This is really a distributed pair programming session! 3 dev scattered across 2 cities in Italy and Seattle, sharing desktop with TeamViewer from Windows and MacOS, using skype for the conference call.

At the end I did it ! I decided to recreate in Silverlight 4ward site and make some experiments and at the end I won ! the final result is online:

Yes I met him ! A living legend ! I made a speech during Microsoft ALM days in Milan and Rome and the show started with Ivar explaining what schools do not teach about Software: Being Smart ! He is really a showman ! His speech was outstanding and interesting. Due to time constraints he was not able to give a full overview of his new born creature EssWork.
My speech for my company (4ward) was about Software Factories using GAX/GAT and Blueprints and I’m quite happy about first feedbacks received and about possible cooperation in this new shift paradigm in Software Industry: Automation of software development.
I will soon start posting more information about this topic that I’m sure will be very important for software industry in the near future.

This crisis is really scary, I don’t know what you think about it, but around me I start to see consequences, but I don’t care because I’m optimist, because where there is a will there is a way, because I “swim” well and I try to improve daily and when the crisis will be over I will have become like Michael Phelps and then … … … … … I’ll start to have a lot of fun again 
I feel excited ! I’m starting the english blog ! I hope I will find enough time to update my italian technical blog and this one.
I will add technical and other personal thoughts on this blog.
